Refund policy

Courses
Every course carries a 14-day refund: if it is not right for your family, email within 14 days of purchase and it is returned. Lifetime access means there is no deadline pressure after that window, because the material stays yours.

Calls
Booked sessions can be moved or refunded up to 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours, the time is held for you and the session is not refundable.

The Sleep Plan package
Once the written plan has been delivered, the package is not refundable: the plan, the Plan Call, the 14 days of WhatsApp support and the two follow-up calls are yours. Before the Plan Call happens, the standard 48-hour rule applies.

How to request
Email [email protected] with the order number. Refunds are processed by the same payment method used at purchase.
